A full makeover in careful order
Whole-house work mixes structure, services and surfaces at once. We open with measured plans and a room-by-room list, then stage demolition, steelwork, wiring and plumbing, insulation, plaster and decoration so crews never queue in the hallway.
You'll have a single manager, weekly site photos and a pinned program — and rooms that feel composed together, because they were planned together.
All under one agreement
Plans & structural moves
Measured layouts, partition removals, beam sizing and opened sightlines that pull light through the house.
Renewed services
Fresh wiring, pipework, heating and insulation raised to present-day norms for ease and thrift.
Rooms & final touches
Kitchens, baths, floors, tiling, woodwork and paint chosen as a set so the house reads as one.
